Phew. In Auckland, having packed and repacked 3 times.
We set sail tomorrow morning. Hoping the flight is okay, and that me and Lola are not taken for terrorists at LAX.

ReplyDeleteHi Anya - awesome stuff, welcome to the land of opportunity and democracy. Ok, maybe not, but at least they have humming birds here! Today I am off to the grand canyon to commune with my totem animal, the deer.
ReplyDeleteA word of warning - immigration in the States and Canada gave me a hard time - they couldn't believe a public school would give mere teachers a travel scholarship. The richest and most powerful country in the world can barely afford to pay for teachers salaries or text books!
